What happens inside you shapes the way you live, work, and connect with others.

About

What happens inside you controls what happens outside you.

We can know exactly what is right for us, and still act differently.

Knowing that we need to set a limit, and give it up.
Knowing that it's time to make a change, and staying put.
Wanting to talk differently with your spouse, children, employees, or manager, and again finding ourselves reacting exactly as we always have.

Not because we don't know.

Because there is something deeper that drives us.

This is where the work begins.

In Satya coaching we do not try to turn you into someone else.

We stop for a moment and examine what is really happening.

How are you feeling?
What do you think?
What are you telling yourself?
What do you do to not feel what you feel?
And how all of this governs your choices, reactions, and relationships.

From this acquaintance begins a new possibility.

No more trying to "fix yourself," but the ability to be with yourself differently, and from that, act differently.

I am Efrat Kirshen.

Before I was a coach, I spent 13 years in high-tech, including 9 years in management and human resources in startup companies.

I know this world from the inside: the pressure, the responsibility, the need to function, make decisions, lead people, and keep moving even when something completely different is happening inside.

Today I bring all this experience to my work as a Satya Method trainer.

I work with individuals, managers, and people within organizations.

Because in my opinion, there is really no separation between the person and what they bring to work.

The person who manages a team is the same person who comes home.
The person who has difficulty setting boundaries at work also encounters himself in his relationships.
And the person who responds automatically at home doesn't leave that automaton at the entrance to the office.

So what can you reach me with?

With something that hasn't worked for you for a long time.

With a feeling of explosions.
With difficulty in relationships.
With comments that you don't fully understand.
With difficulty setting boundaries.
With a decision you put off again and again.
With a desire to make a change, but without knowing how.

And also with questions of management and work:

How do I manage myself under pressure?
How do I meet an employee I have difficulty with?
Why do certain conversations trigger me so much?
How do I lead without holding everything by force?
And how do I bring more of myself to work, without playing the role of manager?

And what is happening in the organization?

I'm not here to teach people how to be "better managers."

I come to work with what's really happening.

With the patterns, relationships, conflicts, fears, defenses, and automatic reactions that lie beneath what we call "management."

Because real change in an organization begins with people who are willing to meet themselves within what is happening.

Satya Method

The Satya method is a way of deeply observing what is happening within us in real time.

Not just talking about what happened, but learning to recognize ourselves within the moment when it happens.

What turns me on?
What do I feel?
What do I do with this?
And what is possible for me when I stop running away from myself?

This is not a method that gives you another list of rules.

It invites you to get to know yourself in a way that allows for choice.

We can start from

here.

You don't have to come with a clear goal.
You don't need to know how to explain exactly what isn't working.
And you don't have to be "ready for change."

You can just make do with what you have.

The training with Efrat changed the way I look at myself from the inside and the other from the outside, I realized that my choices are in my hands and that I am freer than I thought, as someone who was in psychological and psychiatric treatment for 10 years, Efrat did what people with professions and doctorate degrees did not Efrat is an excellent coach with commitment and care towards the trainees Her, very focused and all her listening is invested in training
Highly recommend her for a significant change in life

"I really enjoyed working with Ephrat! she is very professional in her domain! every session she came prepared and it was very noticeable that she remembers the topics we discussed weeks before. During the sessions, she didn't ease on me and made me work hard in order to get the most benefit from the coaching process"

"A new method of coaching I did not know and was new to me, so the method and the way she took me in was not always clear, but very powerful. In the end, we were able to connect the dots, and I understood what she managed to help me with. She gave me the tools to keep on perfecting my communication skills. Ephrat is super pleasant and would recommend"
